Mari has a long-time belief in the effectiveness of collaborative learning. Many of the problems we face in society and in our organizations are complex. The ability for groups of people to learn from and with each other is vital when dealing with problems that cross sectors or organizational silos.
Mari’s approach is informed by a variety of methods such as Open Space Technology, World Café, Appreciative Inquiry, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Technologies of Participation and more. She enjoys working collaboratively, with teams, and designing and facilitating processes that are appropriate for the project’s objectives.
In addition to consulting, Mari convenes educational events to promote knowledge sharing about important issues that face society and our planet.
